eze’s grandma’s pasta
honestly depends on the quantity of pasta you put. But it can easily feed 2 people and you can keep it a day or two in the fridge and warm it later as a snack.

Pasta (100gm per person)
Grated Parmesan cheese (as much as you want)
Spanish Chorizo (if they sell you two “sticks”, normally cutting one is enough)
Tomato sauce (Ideally if it says “frito”)
Butter (like 3 slices)
2) put the pasta to boil to your preferred style.
3)While boiling your pasta cut your chorizo in small slices
4) once the pasta is boiled, drain it and put it in a heat resistant container
5) put on the tomato sauce and stir the pasta until the whole pasta has some tomato sauce on it. It should not be “swimming” in tomato sauce.
6) add the chorizo, mix some pieces under the pasta, but most of it should be on top
7) add the Parmesan grated cheese on it, ideally cover the whole top with it, but don’t do a mountain, just enough that I becomes a layer.
8) I normally put very slim slices of butter on top (like 3, add more if you want) to add a bit of flavor as well as make the cheese melt a little better.
9) finally I put the pasta in the over until the cheese on top as melted, and ideally a bit crispy.
